This wonderful work was created by Laurie Lipton. Really cant believe I discovered artwork like this.Makes me want to hurry up and go to the drawing board and make some major movements.It would be great if I had clothing line and open up a store with these same ideas.So that more people ca be aware of its awesomeness!!!!!!!!!!!

LOOK AT THESE BOOTS.If you aren't living in space you would definitely know the obvious.I'm guessing Alexander McQueen saw this and got inspired. We are all inspired by someone or something.FLASH OF THE SPIRIT
I have been looking for this book and I cant find it in a bookstore so I guess I'm going to have to order it. Basically this is a book about how African civilizations reflected in the social and metaphysical traditions such as music, sculpture, textiles, architecture, religion,etc of black people in the United States, Cuba, Haiti, Trinidad, Mexico, Brazil and other places in the New World.It should be a good read.
